of “Work Happily, Live Seriously”, we decided to launch a sports activity-badminton every Wednesday from 3 to 5 pm.To this end, we have invited professional badminton coaches for guidance, master the correct grip posture and force position, understand the rules of badminton, and avoid injuries during sports.Why do we choose badminton instead of other sports? This is because badminton, as an indoor sport suitable for all ages, is not affected by the weather and is recognized as one of the sports with the lowest risk factor. It can exercise the whole body, reduce various physical diseases caused by prolonged sitting, and at the same time improve the body’s resistance and immunity during exercise, making our body more healthy and full of vitality. Although badminton is a competitive sport, it is also full of fun. Random companions and opponents can let everyone know each other better, establish emotional bonds, and enhance the cohesion of the team.
